Welcome

Rotten Dollies are handmade cute, yet quirky, soft designer plush made right here in New Zealand. Rotten Dollies are not mass produced in China but are, instead, 100% original, unique artistic designs created by myself, Alana Moffatt. Rotten Dollies are primarily made from polyester fleece, felt, filled with poly-fill and are an innovative way for myself to create new art on a new popular tangible canvas.

UCOL B.A.V.I Exhibition

Tuesday, November 25, 2008

Rotten Dollies were exhibited for the first time on Friday night. I was really happy with the turn out of it all and thought that the presentation was awesome.
I had a lot of great feedback as well and will try and get some photos up of it by the weekend.

I also managed to get a lend of a sewing machine - very old school - Singer but works great. So I am able to finish and start new toys!

I also got an award and gained a certificate in highest achievment in Interactive Web Design - that's pretty much awesome and can't wait to get the Rotten Dollies website up and running.

I also have to update the Rotten Dollies Store as a kind lady bought a lot of toys off of me recently. x

Rotten Dollies will be taking a break for a little while - as my sewing machine is broke. I will still be designing new characters in between times so when I have a new/old working sewing machine I can continue making the Horror Series.
